TEMU Requires Merchants to Provide GCC

In the cross-border e-commerce sector, the TEMU platform has attracted numerous merchants thanks to its extensive market reach and convenient transaction model. ◎ Production date and place of origin: Indicating the product’s production date and place of origin is crucial for identifying its production batch and source, thereby facilitating quality traceability and regulatory oversight.

◎ Sample testing time and address information: Including the date of issuance of the test report, the address of the third-party testing institution that issued the report, as well as the institution’s name, address, and contact information. Such as telephone numbers. This information ensures the authenticity and reliability of the testing, providing strong support for validating the efficacy of GCC.

Requirements for Test Reports

In addition to the GCC, a complete Test Report must also be provided, covering all test items required by the relevant regulations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
