GB/T 27728.1 Other requirements
Raw material requirements: Wet wipes should not be manufactured using toxic or hazardous raw materials. In particular, adult wet wipes must meet the following requirements:
◎ No recycled fibrous materials shall be used as raw materials.
◎ Shall comply with the requirements stipulated in the Technical Specifications for Cosmetic Safety.
◎ Furthermore, methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone should not be added.
Hygiene Indicator Requirements :
The hygienic indicators for adult wet wipes shall comply with GB 15979 。
Appearance quality requirements: Adult wipes, pet wipes, and surface wipes shall have clean, undamaged surfaces. , There should be no foreign objects or stains.
GB/T27728.1 Test method
(1) Basic dimension deviation inspection: Remove the wipes from the package, lay them flat on a glass plate, and measure their length and width with a ruler; for each specification, take 6 Specimen. Calculate the length or width deviation according to a specified formula, accurate to 0.1% 。
(2) Physical Property Testing:
◎ Transverse Tensile Strength: Based on GB/T12914 The standard is determined, with the span set to 50mm , select the portion of the specimen that has not been subjected to blade pressure; after cutting, test it immediately, and take 10 The average of the valid measurement values is taken as the result.
◎ Packaging Sealing Performance: According to the appendix A The method involves evacuating the vacuum chamber to create a pressure differential between the inside and outside of the sample immersed in water, and assessing its sealing performance by observing gas leakage.
◎Solubility: According to the appendix B or GB/T 40181 Perform the determination; either option may be chosen, with the latter being used in case of arbitration. GB/T 40181 . If the fiber composition meets the requirements, it may be omitted. GB/T 40181 Aerobic biodegradation in / Degradation testing and anaerobic biodegradation / Degradation test.
(3) Component analysis method
◎ Fiber composition: Based on GB/T 4688 Standard determination of fiber composition.
◎ Dustiness: According to GB/T 1541 The standard is determined.
(4) Other indicator testing
◎ Shortage in interior fittings: Remove the outer packaging, perform visual counting, and measure each sample. 3 Package, with the maximum shortage quantity taken as the result.
◎Raw Materials: The formulation of adult wet wipes complies with the “Technical Specifications for Cosmetic Safety.” (2015 Year edition ) Determined by the prescribed method.
◎ Liquid content: Samples were prepared by taking wipes from the upper, middle, and lower sections of the package. After weighing, the samples were rinsed, dried, and reweighed; the liquid content was calculated using the appropriate formula, with results expressed as a multiple. Each sample was tested… 3 For each sample, calculate the arithmetic mean and round it to one decimal place.
◎ Hazardous Substance Testing: Heavy metal ( Lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury ) , methanol, benzene, toluene, xylene, migratable fluorescent substances, pH Values for formaldehyde, methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone, phthalates, acrylamide, and other substances were determined in accordance with the methods specified in the relevant national standards or regulations.
(5) Hygiene and Performance Testing
◎Sanitary and Microbiological Indicators: According to GB 15979 Perform the determination.
◎Detergency: According to the appendix GB 15979 D The determination was carried out by comparing the removal rates of artificial oil stains from stainless steel test specimens using the wet wipe solution and a standard solution, thereby evaluating the detergency.
◎ Corrosivity: Including metallic corrosivity and ceramic corrosivity, as specified in the appendix. GB 15979 E The determination is carried out according to the methods specified in the standard, with evaluation based on observations of changes in the test specimen’s mass, surface color, or degree of corrosion.
◎Appearance Quality: Visual inspection is used to verify that the surface of the wet wipes is clean and free from tears, foreign objects, and stains.
