GB/T 27728.2 Standard Introduction
Because infants have delicate, highly sensitive skin and an underdeveloped immune system, their ability to resist external irritants is limited, making them prone to adverse reactions such as allergies and redness or swelling. GB/T 27728.2 Baby wipes are subject to stringent regulations, requiring a reduction in the number of raw materials used and the adoption of safe ingredients. Fragrances and manufacturing liquids must comply with established limits, specific ingredients are prohibited, and recycled materials are not permitted, all to prevent irritation of infants’ sensitive skin.

GB/T 27728.2 Applicable to various products used in daily life, manufactured from nonwoven fabrics, dust-free paper, or other materials. 6 Wet wipes suitable for infants and children aged one year and under.
GB/T 27728.2 Raw Material Requirements
Principles for selecting raw materials: Manufacturers should minimize the number of ingredients in their formulations, use ingredients with a long history of safe use, and pay close attention to chemical constituents that may cause adverse skin reactions.
Fragrance addition: Must comply with GB/T 22731 Regulation.
Production liquid: It shall comply with the “Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications.” (2015 Year edition ) Middle rank 2 Chapter, Section 3 Chapter requirements.
Prohibited ingredients: Methylisothiazolinone and methylchloroisothiazolinone shall not be added.
Source of raw materials: Recycled materials should not be used.

Hygiene requirements: Shall comply with GB 15979 The requirements.
Appearance quality requirements: The surface shall be clean and free of damage, with no foreign objects or stains.
GB/T 27728.2 Liquid Content Measurement
