This test uses the agar dilution method, in which different concentrations of antibacterial agents are mixed into agar culture media. Bacteria are then inoculated, and the minimum concentration required to inhibit bacterial growth is determined based on bacterial growth or inhibition.The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) is defined as the lowest concentration of antibacterial agent that inhibits the growth of the tested microorganisms.This method is applicable to insoluble antibacterial products.

GB/T 20944.1 specifies a qualitative test method and evaluation method for determining the antibacterial activity of textiles using the agar diffusion plate method.
GB/T 20944.1 applies to woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, and other planar textile materials. Fibers and yarns may also refer to this standard.
GB/T 20944.1 is not applicable to specimens where antibacterial agents cannot diffuse into the test agar or where antibacterial agents react with agar.

GB/T 23763 applies to photocatalytic antimicrobial materials and products that generate antibacterial activity under light irradiation. The test specimens shall have flat surfaces and good contact with the covering film. Applicable materials include glass, ceramics, plastics, coatings, textiles, and other related materials.
GB/T 24128-2018 Method for testing resistance of plastics to mold
GB/T 24128 specifies the test method for evaluating the mold resistance of plastic materials and plastic products, including pipes, rods, sheets, films, and other forms.
GB/T 24128 is applicable for determining the effects of mold growth on the optical, mechanical, and electrical properties of plastics.
GB/T 24128 does not address related safety issues. Before applying this standard, users shall establish appropriate safety and health procedures and determine the applicable scope and limitations.

GB/T 24346-2009 Textiles. Evaluation for anti-mold activity
GB/T 24346 specifies test and evaluation methods for determining the mold resistance of textiles using the petri dish method and suspension method.
GB/T 24346 does not cover the safety evaluation of anti-mold products.

GB/T 21510-2008 Antimicrobial property detection methods for nano-inorganic materials
GB/T 21510 specifies the terms and definitions, test methods, test data processing, calculation of test results, test report requirements, and precautions for evaluating the antibacterial properties of nano-inorganic materials.
GB/T 21510 applies to nano-antibacterial powders and materials using nano-antibacterial powders as antibacterial functional components (structural units), including fibers, textiles, plastics, coatings, ceramics, and other materials. The antibacterial performance evaluation of other materials may also refer to this standard.
GB/T 31402-2015 Plastics. Measurement of antibacterial activity on plastics surfaces
GB/T 31402 specifies methods for evaluating the antibacterial performance of antibacterial-treated plastic products, including semi-finished products.
GB/T 31402 is not applicable for evaluating bacterial growth and reproduction on untreated plastics.
GB/T 31402 does not cover secondary effects caused by antibacterial treatments, such as prevention of biological corrosion and odor formation, and is not applicable for evaluating the biodegradability of plastics.
GB/T 1741-2007 Test method for determining the resistance of paints film to mold
GB/T 1741 specifies the test method and evaluation criteria for determining the mold resistance of interior and exterior architectural coating films.
The determination of mold resistance for other types of coating films may also refer to GB/T 1741.
GB/T 1741 shall be performed by personnel with appropriate microbiological knowledge.

GB/T 24253-2009 Textiles. Evaluation for anti-mite activity
