DERMATEST ® SENSITIVE SKIN SEAL
Currently, the international market offers a wide variety of skincare products, but their quality is uneven, often leading to skin irritation such as stinging, burning, and itching. To minimize the burden on the skin, consumers are increasingly opting for hypoallergenic skincare products. Consequently, Germany's Dermatest® institute has created the SENSITIVE SKIN SEAL, a certification mark for sensitive skin, to help more consumers choose products "suitable for sensitive skin."
SENSITIVE SKIN SEAL — Sope
Certification seals are particularly suitable for industries such as cosmetics, cosmetic‑related products (e.g., pressed powders, powder puffs), body washes, shampoos, soaps, facial creams, lotions, detergents, wet wipes, diapers, sanitary napkins, and other hygiene products.
SENSITIVE SKIN SEAL — Key requirements
◎Patch test
SENSITIVE SKIN SEAL Sensitive Skin Seal and HypoSense ® All hypoallergenic stamps must be tested on 30 subjects with sensitive skin Patch test .
◎Short-term application test
A one-week, high‑intensity patch test was conducted on 10 subjects with sensitive skin to ensure the product’s tolerability.
